Exterior House Painting
A full exterior repaint starts with a walkthrough and a real quote, not a guess over the phone. Nick evaluates the property in person, and Bonnie follows up with a written contract that documents every step: the primer we'll use, the paint, and any extra work like removing a satellite dish, before a single drop of paint goes on the house.
Most exterior jobs use a standard acrylic-based paint, but we can also work with elastomeric coatings for homeowners who want the extra durability. Elastomeric paint is thick and has to be hand rolled rather than sprayed, and we've built that into tight schedules before without missing a completion date.
A typical full exterior repaint runs about nine days from prep to final coat. We pay close attention to the details that get skipped on other jobs, doors, vents, and stair rails included, so the finished house looks considered from every angle, not just from the street.
